These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NamChamp mobile application and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using NamChamp, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this application. By using NamChamp, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Responsibility
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to admin or system areas.
  • Manipulate leaderboard data or exploit system vulnerabilities.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the application’s functionality.
Leaderboard & Chanting Data

Daily chanting counts are recorded based on user input. NamChamp does not guarantee accuracy beyond user-provided data. Leaderboard rankings are generated automatically based on stored counts.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and functionality within NamChamp are the intellectual property of NamChamp and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

NamChamp is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
