How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your NamChamp account and all associated data using either of the options below. You do not need the app installed to request deletion.

Option 1 — Using the form below

Enter your NamChamp username and password to confirm your identity. Your account will be deleted immediately once verified.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to your account at shreeradharanikirtansanstharud@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request", including your username. We will verify and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile: name, username, email address, phone number and address.
  • Your encrypted password and login credentials.
  • Your complete chant count history and all daily activity records.
  • Your entries on all leaderboards.
What data is retained

We do not retain any personal data after deletion. Anonymised, aggregate totals that cannot identify you (such as community-wide chant totals) may remain in our records.

Where we are required to keep limited records to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent abuse, those records are kept for no longer than 90 days and are then permanently erased.

Deletion timeline

Requests made through the app or the form above take effect immediately. Requests made by email are processed within 30 days of verification.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your chant history and leaderboard standing cannot be recovered afterwards.
